Their receptionist is top, btw! Moreover, parking was on-site.

New-fashioned, big size room with a common bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets...

Not much. The room was clean, adequate, and with a view over the river.T
No bar or restaurant, If you want to drink or eat you have to check into the Casino on ground floor. No lift to ground floor. Bad breakfast, the eggs & bacon that were provided were uneatable & cold.

Came in Namur to relax and have fun, this hotel was great base for doing it. Loved that TV and a writing table were included. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. On-site restaurant Bistronomie lolivier was a bonus, had dinner there...

Spacious room with a big window that gives a nice view, a fridge, and a bathroom, so everything I needed was right there 💫.

Directly under the castle, on the water and close to a gorgeous old town. Everything is in walking distance and the view from the front rooms of the hotel overlooking the river are stunning.
Situated at the entrance of the casino, the hotel reception is very smoky. We had a non smoking room which was fine.We arrived by motorbike and although he may have thought it helpful, the valet was a little annoying insisting that we get off the bike and he would ride it into the parking for us. We could easily park outside the hotel for free. Rooms are very clean but could probably benefit from an update.

Comfortable and spacious rooms here come with a nice touch - a bath, shower, fridge, and a cozy double bed. 🛁🛌 The setting makes it a great spot to venture out and explore around.

It would have been a beautiful hotel in years gone by!! But now with the Casino incorporated into the hotel, it somewhat spoils the hotel!!!
The room the wife & I shared was extremly hot. On walking down the corridors, discovered a boiler room running at high temperatures, causing the corridor to be extremely hot also!! Bathroom could be updated - toilet badly stained. Good points, very handy to reach town etc. Car park secure.

Everything was reasanoble. Staff was nice, the beds were very comfortable. Location is not in the centre, but less than 10 minutes walk. Casino parking (must be arranged separately) is available for 5 eur per day.
The heating regulator in our room was broken so the heating was on full. We had to cover the radiator with an extra blanket and leave a window bit open through the night - which was not bad, because the weather was good.

The staff here were friendly, the room was stylish, clean with a great view of the Citadel and the old town, comfy bed and had a kettle and big windows.

The location is wonderful and if you have a room at the front it has wonderful views.
The staff failed to tell us that the parking was only free during the weekend.

The building.
The rooms were dated and the bathroom needed renovations. The complimentary breakfast was appaling, the coffee machine was not working the fruit juice was watered down. The rooms smelt of smoke even though we requested an non smiking room. The staff did not really speak english. The parking was operated but a random door man that insisted on cash, but free parking is available on the street.
